ComLead Comes Together

Last week’s ComLead Meet & Greet at the Clement Mansion, home of Buffalo’s American Red Cross, was a fabulous success. Not only were we in one of the most beautiful and historic buildings in Buffalo, but we had a great attendance made up of current and prospective students, alumni, faculty and friends.

As guests sipped on a glass of wine and enjoyed delicious appetizers made by our program director, Dr. Hartman, conversation flowed and old connections among friends were rekindled. The event made for a perfect opportunity for everyone to come together –  to network, to catch up, to learn.

I felt proud to belong to such a tight knit program of sharp, intelligent and professional individuals who truly care about the success and well-being of each other’s professional careers. We have a dedicated alumni base who want to see current students succeed and stay connected with one another after graduation.

This Meet & Greet is one of many opportunities for the ComLead community to come together throughout the year. On February 19th we’re holding a Managing Not-for-Profits Panel called Make a Difference, featuring five alumni of the program who currently work at various nonprofits in Western New York. At the panel we will discuss an array of trending topics in the nonprofit industry and how their degree in Communication & Leadership helped them get to where they are today.
